My stay at Turquoize at Hyatt Ziva Cancun was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Fernanda, Maria, and Edgar, truly enhanced my experience with their really good service. Despite a few minor issues with the Steak House being too dark for photos and some signs of wear in the room, overall, it was a nice trip that I would love to repeat.
